Ask what services the company offers
Ask about on-site officers, lobby and access-control coverage, mobile patrol, parking-area checks, opening and closing checks, incident reporting, and after-hours response. Confirm the actual duties and hours included in the proposal rather than assuming a service is included.
Clarify on-site coverage versus periodic patrols
Ask whether the proposal provides a dedicated presence during contracted hours or periodic visits. Have the company evaluate the assignment and explain the limits of its proposal. OSG does not assess site risks, determine staffing, or recommend a security plan for your property.

What to compare in a commercial-security proposal
- Coverage: Which areas, days, hours, and duties are included? Are patrols periodic or is a post continuously staffed during those hours?
- Supervision: Who manages the account, covers call-outs, and responds after hours?
- Reporting: What patrol records, incident reports, and client updates are provided?
- Price and terms: What minimum hours, overtime, holidays, extra charges, cancellation terms, and renewal provisions apply?
- Credentials: What current company authorization, personnel credentials, and insurance documentation can you verify?

Request a written proposal for the actual assignment. Compare proposals covering the same hours and duties, including their extra charges and conditions. OSG does not set, negotiate, or guarantee security-service prices or enter into the service contract.
Keep operational details private
Discuss necessary site information securely with your chosen company. Do not send door codes, passwords, sensitive incident details, or operational vulnerabilities to OSG.
