This policy applies to digital products purchased directly from Oregon Security Guide through oregonsecurityguide.com. Purchases made through Amazon or another retailer are governed by that retailer’s refund and return policies.
Digital Delivery
Digital products are delivered electronically after successful payment. Download access may appear on the order-confirmation page, in the purchase email, and in the customer’s account when an account is used.
If you do not receive access, contact us at oregonsecurityguide@gmail.com so we can help restore delivery.
General Refund Rule
Because a digital PDF is delivered immediately and cannot be physically returned, purchases are generally final once download access has been provided. We do not normally provide refunds for a change of mind after successful access or download.
When a Refund Is Available
Please contact us within 14 days of purchase if:
- You were charged more than once for the same order.
- You did not receive download access and we cannot correct the delivery problem.
- The file is incorrect, corrupted, or unusable and we cannot provide a working replacement.
- The digital product is materially different from the description shown at the time of purchase.
We may first offer troubleshooting assistance, restored access, or a replacement file. If we cannot resolve an eligible problem, we will provide a full refund.
How to Request Help or a Refund
Email oregonsecurityguide@gmail.com with your order number, the email address used at checkout, and a short description of the problem. Please do not send your complete card number or other sensitive payment information.
Approved Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. After a refund is submitted, it generally appears within 5–10 business days, although the timing is controlled by the customer’s bank or payment provider.
Applicable Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. Oregon Security Guide may review suspected fraud, abuse, or repeated refund requests individually.
