Training Solutions International provides Oregon DPSST private security training from its facility in Junction City. The company offers unarmed and armed certification courses, renewal training, firearm qualifications, and other security-related instruction.
Training Solutions International also provides courses in defensive tactics, medical response, CPR and first aid, tactical medicine, firearms, baton use, handcuffing, use of force, emergency management, and occupational safety. Oregon DPSST Unarmed Security Certification — $200
This course is for individuals pursuing Oregon unarmed private security certification. It covers the foundational knowledge and skills required to begin working as an unarmed security professional.
Training Solutions International offers this course in an online instructor-led format, allowing eligible students to attend remotely. Students must successfully complete the required activities and pass the written examination.
Oregon DPSST Unarmed Security Renewal — $100
This renewal course is for currently certified Oregon unarmed security professionals who need to complete required refresher training.
The course is also available in an online instructor-led format.
Oregon DPSST Armed Security Certification — $400
This course is for eligible security professionals pursuing Oregon armed certification. It includes classroom instruction and firearms range training.
Students must first complete the unarmed certification course, already hold an Oregon unarmed security certification, or receive prior instructor authorization. The course is for handgun certification; separate qualifications may be required for other firearm types.
Oregon DPSST Armed Security Refresher — $150
This annual refresher course is for currently certified armed security professionals. Classroom instruction begins at the Junction City facility, while range portions may be conducted at a separate nearby location.
Additional Firearm Qualification — $65
This course allows a currently certified Oregon armed security professional to qualify with an additional firearm model for duty use when the individual is not yet due for the annual refresher.
