What you’ll do
- Support store safety, respond to incidents and use de-escalation procedures.
- Monitor security systems and document incidents, recoveries and theft concerns.
- Protect merchandise and assist guests while following receipt-checking and recovery policies.
Qualifications and licensing
- At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Meet applicable licensing requirements and complete employer training.
- Strong communication, computer and handheld-device skills.
- Ability to remain mobile during a shift, climb ladders and handle merchandise up to 40 pounds.
