Security Customer Safety Officer – Tier 1 | Gresham, Oregon
Allied Universal is hiring a full-time Security Customer Safety Officer – Tier 1 in Gresham. This is a higher-paying security opening for candidates with qualifying public-safety, corrections, or parole/probation work experience.

What You’ll Do
- Carry out site safety and security procedures while providing professional customer service.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations using calm, practical problem-solving.
- Conduct regular and randomized patrols around the property and perimeter.
- Support emergency response and site-specific security procedures as needed.
Key Experience Requirement
Allied Universal states that applicants must have completed work experience in at least one of the following areas:
- Basic Police Training — approximately 640 working hours
- Basic Corrections Local — approximately 240 working hours
- Basic Parole & Probation — approximately 200 working hours
Additional Minimum Requirements
- At least 18 years old for an unarmed role.
- High school diploma or equivalent, or five years of verifiable experience.
- Ability to satisfy background-investigation and drug-screen requirements permitted by law.
- Meet any applicable state/local licensing requirements.
- A valid driver’s license is required only if the assignment includes driving.
