Target is hiring a part-time Target Security Specialist in Clackamas. This entry-level asset-protection role supports guest and team-member safety, theft deterrence, CCTV monitoring, de-escalation and incident documentation.

Duties
- Support crisis response, crowd management and de-escalation.
- Monitor CCTV and document security and safety incidents.
- Identify and recover merchandise connected to theft.
- Conduct exterior property and parking-area safety observations.
- Provide visible, professional safety support for guests and team members.
- Follow Target asset-protection policies and applicable legal requirements.
Qualifications
- At least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to meet applicable Oregon and local licensing or legal requirements.
- Strong observation, communication and de-escalation skills.
- Availability for a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends and holidays.
