Duties
- Conduct surveillance and video monitoring to identify theft and safety concerns.
- Perform investigations and apprehensions under Target policy.
- Document incidents accurately and preserve relevant information.
- Support shortage-prevention and store-safety programs.
- Build effective working relationships with law enforcement.
- Provide testimony or participate in legal proceedings when required.
- Support safety training and professional guest interactions.
Qualifications
- At least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to meet applicable Oregon and local licensing or legal requirements.
- Strong surveillance, observation, communication and report-writing skills.
- Comfort handling difficult interactions and following detailed apprehension procedures.
