What you will do

• Investigate possible criminal incidents and cash discrepancies, and prepare detailed reports.
• Assign and schedule staff, direct daily work and monitor time and attendance.
• Guide security staff, support hiring and development recommendations and provide coverage when the Security Manager is absent.
• Respond to guest or employee security issues while following gaming regulations, internal controls and resort procedures.

Qualifications

• Age 21 or older; high school diploma or GED.
• At least one year in a security environment, administrative or clerical experience, and Defensive Tactics Training/OC Spray.
• Intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook skills, analytical ability, clear communication and strong customer service.
• A current Oregon driver license and eligibility for the UIDC Drivers Program.
• Ability to obtain a Class III Gaming License. An OLCC permit is required within the first 90 days of employment.
