Full-Time Evening Security Officer at Kaiser Sunnyside Medical Center
Kaiser Permanente is hiring an Officer, Security to help protect patients, visitors, staff, and facilities at Kaiser Sunnyside Medical Center in Clackamas.
- Pay: $25.32–$30.40 per hour
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week; evening shift, Friday–Tuesday, 2:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m.
- Union: ILWU Local 28
- Location: Kaiser Sunnyside Medical Center, Clackamas, Oregon
What you’ll do
- Patrol and inspect facilities and grounds; document incidents and safety concerns.
- Support patients, visitors, and staff; respond to security and safety issues.
- Monitor CCTV and two-way radios, respond to alarms, and help control access and traffic.
- Assist with escorts, emergency procedures, and de-escalation when appropriate.
What Kaiser requires
- High school diploma or GED.
- Two years of recent military, law enforcement, security/safety, or equivalent experience.
- Oregon DPSST Security Officer Certificate within three months of hire.
- Driver’s license where applicable.
