What you’ll do

• Help protect patients, staff, visitors and facilities through security patrols and policy enforcement.
• Investigate incidents, respond to emergencies and assist with high-risk situations and patient safety.
• Mobile assignments may include transports, site assessments, alarm response and support at other Providence Oregon facilities.

Qualifications and licensing

• Meet the Oregon DPSST security certification or temporary-work-permit requirements stated in the employer posting.
• One year of experience using a personal computer and standard Microsoft applications.
• Meet applicable driving requirements when driving is part of the assignment.
• Related college coursework, high school completion, security/law-enforcement experience and direct patient-care experience are preferred.
