Job Overview

Assist the Account Manager with supervision, training and security-contract operations at the assigned location.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and coach security personnel and coordinate assignments.
• Maintain post orders, training records, reports and shift communications.
• Support client relationships, incident response and employee interviews.

Qualifications and Licensing

• High-school diploma or equivalent; the employer specifies three–five years of professional-level experience and prior security, law-enforcement or military experience. College/business classes and scheduling or operations experience are preferred.
• State guard license must be issued before employment and kept active. Background investigation and pre-employment drug/alcohol testing apply.
• Strong communication, judgment, client service and coaching skills are required. Additional license, driving-record and insurance criteria apply to driving assignments.
