The Agent will monitor client facilities, respond to incidents, support investigations, and maintain a high level of situational awareness. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in fast‑paced environments while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Conduct security patrols of client facilities and surrounding areas
• Monitor access control, CCTV, and security systems
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and emergency situations
• Support investigations and gather relevant information
• Prepare detailed incident and activity reports
• Identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies
• Maintain a professional presence and represent Pinkerton standards
• Collaborate with client leadership and security teams

Requirements

• Prior security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred
• Ability to obtain or maintain DPSST certification
• Strong communication and report‑writing skills
• High level of integrity and confidentiality
• Ability to work independently and in team environments
• Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods
• Valid driver’s license and clean record
